1. Who handles your information
AudioMixMaster is a product of Nyxaris Media Private Limited. We handle personal information needed to provide accounts, saved projects, customer support, and subscriptions.
2. What we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, plan, trial dates, and subscription status. When you start a subscription, payment authorization details are sent securely to Razorpay. We retain provider references, payment status, amount, currency, and relevant subscription dates for access control and support.
3. Audio files and saved projects
AudioMixMaster decodes, mixes, and masters audio in your browser. When you save a project, its source stems, project name, notes, and mixer settings are uploaded to private Supabase storage so you can reopen the work. Saved files are restricted to your signed-in account. Generated exports remain in your browser unless you download or share them.
4. Payments
Razorpay processes payment mandates and recurring charges. AudioMixMaster does not receive or store your UPI PIN, complete card number, CVV, or bank authentication credentials. Razorpay’s own privacy and regulatory obligations also apply to information it processes.
5. How information is used
- Provide authentication and product access.
- Save and reopen your projects.
- Start, verify, renew, and cancel subscriptions.
- Operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- Meet accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations.
6. Service providers and retention
We share information with providers including Supabase, Razorpay, and our website host only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Project data remains until you delete the project or account, subject to limited backups. Payment and account records may be retained for legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
7. Your choices and security
You can delete projects inside the project dashboard and cancel future subscription renewals inside the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email support@audiomixmaster.com. Some records may need to be retained by law. We use reasonable safeguards and per-user access controls, but no online system is risk-free.
