Terms of Service

1. Provider and service

AudioMixMaster is a browser-based audio mixing, mastering, and project workspace provided by Nyxaris Media Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Trial, subscription, and renewal

• The Pro Monthly plan costs ₹799 per month, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Eligible new customers receive a seven-day trial only after approving a supported recurring-payment mandate through Razorpay.
• The first ₹799 debit is scheduled after the trial. The plan then renews monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime. Cancelling during the trial stops the scheduled first charge. Cancelling after payment stops future renewals and preserves access through the applicable paid period.
• Prices or taxes may change prospectively. Any material change will be shown before it applies to a future renewal.

4. Your audio and rights

You keep your rights in your audio and exports, and you confirm that you have permission to process and store every file you use. Mixing and mastering occur in your browser. When you save a project, its source stems and mixer settings are stored privately through Supabase so your account can reopen the project.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass account or billing controls, upload malicious material, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

6. Availability and results

We may update or discontinue features. Audio results vary by source material and are not guaranteed to meet a particular commercial, technical, artistic, or distribution standard. Keep backups of original files and review exports before release.

7. Cancellation, refunds, and support

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Billing or technical questions can be sent to support@audiomixmaster.com.

8. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyxaris Media Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction applicable to the company’s registered office.
