Cancellation and Refund Policy

Seven-day trial
The trial begins after you approve a supported recurring-payment mandate. The first ₹799 payment is scheduled after seven days. Cancel before that first charge and no subscription fee will be collected. A small authorization amount may be temporarily processed and refunded by the payment provider when the mandate is created.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel future renewals from the AudioMixMaster app. Cancellation during the trial stops the first scheduled subscription charge. Cancellation after payment stops subsequent renewals; access continues through the period already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, except where required by law. Duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a payment taken after a timely cancellation will be investigated and refunded when confirmed. Service availability issues may be reviewed individually.
Request billing help
Email support@audiomixmaster.com with the account email, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment reference. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, OTPs, or authentication codes.
